Yes, usually after your MOP. Plan the timing of the HDB sale carefully because owning two homes at once can trigger ABSD. Our upgrader guide walks through it.
Calculators give indicative results from published rules. Figures come from Singapore government sources such as URA, HDB and IRAS, and anything unconfirmed carries a dagger mark. Always check with your bank, IRAS, HDB or the developer.
