In recent cases, land awarded for EC or condo use took about 16 to 17 months to reach a sales launch (our calculation from award and launch dates for Aurelle of Tampines, Coastal Cabana, Rivelle Tampines and Lucerne Grand). Then follow the developer's official channels for the preview date.

- Note the winning developer and the site location, and the tender date, since it decides which EC rules apply.
- Follow the developer's site for preview registration.
- Prepare your HFE letter (for ECs) and financing in advance.
