An Executive Condominium (EC) is a public-private hybrid home sold by private developers on government land to eligible households. EC sites tendered from 8 May 2026 carry a 10-year MOP and 15-year privatisation period; earlier sites keep the 5-year MOP and 10-year privatisation.
