What shaped the revision

A public consultation ran from 10 July to 6 August 2026. HDB counted around 7,200 pieces of feedback on Maju Forest and 2,300 on Gillman Barracks. Around 1,000 stakeholders were also engaged, including at sessions held by MND and agencies.

What it means for buyers

Nothing is on sale. HDB will announce the housing mix and launch date at a later stage, so flat types and BTO timing for both sites are unannounced. How a BTO exercise runs is in our HDB BTO guide, and the wider HDB picture is on our HDB hub.
