The numbers
| Segment | 3Q2026 QoQ | 2Q2026 QoQ (as stated by URA on 1 Oct) |
|---|---|---|
| All private | +1.4% | +0.5% |
| Non-landed | +0.9% | -0.1% |

| Rest of Central Region | +0.2% | -1.2% |

URA counted 4,296 private sale transactions up to mid-September, against 6,148 for the whole of 2Q. Because the 3Q count covers only part of the quarter, that is not a like-for-like fall. URA will publish full 3Q2026 statistics on 23 Oct 2026.
HDB resale
HDB's flash estimate puts the resale price index at 202.4, down 0.2% from 2Q, after falls of 0.3% in 2Q and 0.1% in 1Q. Resale transactions were reported at 7,528, up 5.2% from a year earlier. HDB's own page for these figures would not load when we checked, so the HDB numbers here come from two outlets (Little Big Red Dot and 99.co). The HDB page is dated 30 Sep 2026 and outlets reported the figures on 1 Oct 2026.
What to take from it
- A flash estimate uses the first part of a quarter's transactions and can be revised. URA restated 2Q landed growth from 2.6% to 2.5% in this release.
- The index is an average. Prices differ widely by project, town and flat type.
- See our market data page for what each index measures.
