What government records show
- HDB launched the Tampines Street 95 EC site for tender on 22 Aug 2024. It covers 22,488.9 sq m, with a maximum gross floor area of 56,223 sq m, on a 99-year lease.
- Sim Lian Land Pte Ltd and Sim Lian Development Pte Ltd won with $465,000,000, the top of 5 bids. HDB's list names the project Rivelle Tampines.
- We converted the price to about $768 psf ppr by dividing it by the floor area and by 10.764.
- The tender closed on 24 Oct 2024, before the 8 May 2026 cut-off in MND's new EC rules, so the older rules apply on our reading: a 5-year MOP and full privatisation after 10 years.
What we have not confirmed
Launch-weekend sales, take-up by unit type and whether the project has sold out are not stated in the government sources we used, so we have taken them off this page. URA publishes units sold and unsold for each EC in its monthly developer sales data. Rivelle was launched under the old rules; new EC sites now carry a 10-year MOP and no DPS.
