Which units sold fastest
- All 241 three-bedroom units were taken up on launch weekend, from $1.588M.
- About 87% of the 291 four-bedroom units sold. The 1,044 sq ft layout reached about 95.9%, from $1.893M.
- 34 of 40 five-bedroom units (85%) sold, from $2.586M.
What it signals
Our reading, not a forecast: demand concentrated in lower-quantum units, and the 30% second-timer quota ran out by about 2:15 pm on launch day. Rivelle was launched under the old rules; new EC sites now carry a 10-year MOP and no DPS, which may change buyer behaviour †.
