Short answer
HDB's final BTO exercise of 2026 offers about 7,960 flats across 7 projects in 6 towns: Bedok, Geylang, Sembawang, Tengah, Toa Payoh and Yishun. The launch was moved from October to November 2026 to give buyers time to get an HFE letter under the higher income ceilings announced on 23 Aug 2026, according to Yahoo News Singapore and Dollars and Sense; confirm the dates with HDB.

- Outlets give totals of about 7,960 to 7,970 flats.
- A valid HFE letter is needed. After the launch moved to November, HDB advised buyers to submit their HFE documents by 25 September 2026 (a recommended date, not the application deadline).
- This is the first exercise where Community Care Apartments are open to seniors from age 55, down from 65, according to MOH. The Toa Payoh project includes about 260 of them.
- The Tengah project is reported to include 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, 5-room and 3Gen flats.
