Short answer

HDB's final BTO exercise of 2026 offers about 7,960 flats in 6 towns: Bedok, Geylang, Sembawang, Tengah, Toa Payoh and Yishun, with Community Care Apartments in Toa Payoh. HDB moved it from October to November 2026 so buyers have time to get an HFE letter under the higher income ceilings announced on 23 Aug 2026. HDB will share project details, including classification, at the launch.

  • HDB gives the total as about 7,960 flats and says project details, including each project's Standard, Plus or Prime classification, will be shared at the launch (HDB, 23 Aug 2026). Project names and per-project flat counts have not been released by HDB.
  • A valid HFE letter is needed. After the launch moved to November, HDB advised buyers to submit their HFE documents by 25 September 2026 (a recommended date, not the application deadline).
  • This is the first BTO exercise where Community Care Apartments are open to seniors from age 55, down from 65. The Toa Payoh CCA project is part of a new BTO project next to Caldecott MRT station (MOH, MND and HDB, 13 Jul 2026).
  • HDB repeated the November timing, the flat total and the six towns in its 1 Oct 2026 flash release.
